Corcra Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels any contract with Corcra Communications Limited (Corcra), without Corcra’s consent, the customer agrees to indemnify the company against any and all loss, damage, claims or actions arising as a result of such cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing, and is without prejudice to Corcra’s right to payment in accordance with Corcra’s Terms and Conditions (www.corcra.ie/terms).

 

Any appointment requests that are cancelled by the customer within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of the job commencement will attract a 50% cancellation charge. This is also applied if the work site address is moved without mutual agreement with the Corcra.  

 

When attending the work site, Corcra and / or subcontractors will arrive within the agreed time slot and will wait up to a maximum of 45 minutes for the vehicle arrival. After 45 minutes has elapsed, the job will be cancelled. Cancelled jobs have a 100% of the agreed job cost applied. 

 

Corcra reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule appointments at will.  Notification of changes will be made as quickly as possible.  Corcra is not responsible for any fees or costs incurred for cancelling or amending engineer appointment arrangements.
